Formal Written Price Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Support and maintenance of an existing VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) telephone system for one (1) month. Specifications: Services expected to be provided in this contract are as follows: - Software, Firmware and Hardware upgrade; - Technical Support - add/change/IP extensions; - Preventative Maintenance; - Product Updates/Maintenance; - Technology Recommendations and new requirements; - Submission of monthly Service Level reports: e.g. Incident Reports and Response times; - Technical Documentation - System support and maintenance of Fault Manager System, Meter Manager System and Telephony Management System; - Technical support of call/extension/telephone line barring system; - Fault Manager System, Meter Manager System and Telephony Management System. System Support and Consultancy (must include): - New user requirements; - Installation of new telephony services and training - skills transfers; - Augmentations: e.g. when new telephony services are requested at a new site changes might occur on existing systems to accommodate new additional users; - Provision of new Software Licenses and renewals; - Provision and preparations for IP installations; - Provision of IP handsets and soft phones; - Install, configure and commission of new system if and when necessary; - Support and maintenance of Switchboard Equipment; - Provision and configuration of pin codes that provides user with roaming ability e.g: Users are able to use pin codes when dialing out at every site equipped with a (PABX) in the Municipality; - Provision of Road map.
