Assumptions related to in-scope services and components include: • The CMS, databases and associated services will be hosted in a secure environment; • Changes to hardware or server architecture by any party, shall be documented and provided to both parties, as revisions occur; • Support and hosting services shall be provided on assumption that relevant invoices will be settled in full, by ULM, within 30 days of receipt of invoices.
