Bids are hereby invited for the following: Appointment of a service provider for the provision of external audit services to the South African Nursing Council for a period of five (5) years. Scope of work: - The External Audit Service provider must adhere and meet all statutory requirements of the Auditing Profession Act, 2005 (Act No.26 of 2005) and other requirements that are (may) be determined by the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA); - The external audit service provider must have financial statements of the Council within two months of the financial year for auditing; - The External Audit Service provider will undertake to submit audited annual financial statements and the auditor’s report to the Council by latest end of June each year, where the Financial Year-End is 31 March, or any other date as may be determined by the Council.
