Wall Type 2 is used as an infill panel and comprises two skins of chromadek sheeting encapsulating an Expanded polystyrene core (EPS). These walls are type N and thus the total elevation area shall be constructed as a window or opening and the safety distances shall be applied. Foundations (sub-structures) are either conventional concrete rafts with thickened edge beams, light gauge steel chassis or suspended steel chassis. Foundations, including floors, are always a responsibility of a registered professional, competent engineer. Roofs are Standing Seam (SSR) panels and comprise two skins of chromadek sheeting encapsulating expanded polystyrene (EPS) core. Windows and doors are standard aluminum and are installed on site.
