The World Bank Group invites eligible firms for the following: SME Ventures - Development of gender strategies for up to 13 fund managers (global). The objective of this consultancy project is to support fund managers that SMEV has invested in developing and implementing a gender strategy. The project aims to conduct a diagnosis of current gender equality and inclusion practices, propose targeted initiatives to enhance gender equality and inclusion, provide training and resources to fund managers, develop an implementation plan, and conduct a one-year check-in to assess progress and suggest refinements.
