Proposals are hereby invited for the following: Risk Management: Operationalize Risk Appetite Statement. Scope of work: The main objectives for the operationalization of the risk appetite statements are to: • Develop a road map that provides a clear path to leadership on how to use the risk appetite statement to develop risk tolerance and guide decision-making; • Include detail in the roadmap that outlines key steps to be taken, resources and information needed, and recommends an implementation approach based on FHI 360’s organizational structure; • Provide tools and resources to support the implementation of the roadmap, including communication plans and data resources/analysis needs; • Identify other considerations and challenges with implementation and provide resources on how to mitigate them. Location of Work: Work will take place remotely. Supplier/consultant will work from their own location. Regular check-in meetings with FHI 360 will be held virtually through Microsoft Teams.
