Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Procure Software Development Services for the Development of a Project Management System (PMS) for EPWP and Non-EPWP Skills & Infrastructure Projects for a Period of 24 Months. Scope: Scope of the bid: a) Analyse and review the approved specification documents if they are still in line with the needs of the Department for a period of 3 months; b) Conduct mini JAD sessions with the key stakeholders to confirm the documented specifications; c) Development and implementation of the WFT application and the database in line with the Department of Tourism software methodology, for a period of 24 months after reviewing the specification documents; d) Application Development must be in-line with the Department"s Agile software development methodology; e) Application Server procurement, installation and configuration; f) Analyse the current specification documents and recommends the solution; g) Provide twelve (12) months free post Implementation support; h) Implementation of electronic signatures.
