R & W Construction Inc of Newton, PA has been awarded a $27265280.00 fixed-price requirements contract for airfield concrete of one (1) base year plus up to four (4) option years duration. Contractor will provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, supplies, and materials to perform all work necessary to maintain and repair airfields on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey.
