Die Wartungssumme fließt in die Wertung der Angebote mit ein. Die Auftragserteilung erfolgt unter der Voraussetzung, dass die Firma an den Angebotspreis für die Wartung bis zum Abschluss des Wartungsvertrages gebunden bleibt. Ein nicht abgegebener Wartungspreis führt zum Ausschluss des Bieters. Der Wartungsvertrag wird vor Vertragsabschluss durch die liegenschaftsverwaltende Stelle der Landeshauptstadt Dresden unterschrieben.
