Proposals are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider for the development of the Security Master Plan for Matjhabeng Local Municipality on behalf of SALGA. Scope: The successful bidder is expected to undertake the following tasks: Per site assessment approach: a) To understand the regular and periodic operational processes of the site; b) Identify & prioritize the assets essentials. Once the sites total risks are established: • To provide recommendations for physical, technological, staffing, policy and procedural corrective measures that will improve the site’s security preparedness in the face of the relevant threats; • To identify corrective measures that will provide the greatest Return on Investment (ROI) for individual site; • To establish Security systems monitoring protocols; • To provide coverage of sites based on their relative criticality to municipal operation and reputation. This would allow for a more cost-effective allocation of security resources; • To establish trends in overall security preparedness requirements per individual site; • Once the site’s total risk is established provide recommendations to the municipality. Re-Advertisement: Proposals are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider for full turn-key managed information and communication services. Scope of work: Project Scope: 1. Dedicated ICT Service Desk Service: Provision of a dedicated ICT service desk for logging and tracking all support and service-related calls. 2. IT Service Management: The Service Provider is required to provide and perform the end-to-end delivery of IT Service Management services in line with the ITIL V4 framework, including the required tools to monitor and manage all services.
